Course Overview

This programme aims to enable learners to develop their sense making skills in order for them to be able to collect, analyse and interpret information and data to conclude and/or make decisions.
Learners will leverage sources of qualitative and quantitative information and data to recognise patterns, spot opportunities, infer insights and inform decisions.

At the end of the course, learners will be able to:

Gather and filter information using appropriate tools and techniques
Apply processing techniques to process different information sources
Identify and document missing or erroneous information
